Behem Gauntlet POI and Vista:  Approach from the northwest and climb through the griffon nests.  Map is below.

Monument Grounds Vista:  Go up the stairwell north of the vista, then jump onto the slab that the vista is on. Map is below.

Rich Iron vein:  East of Behem Gauntlet.  Reachable through the hidden waterfall path.

Deserter Flats puzzle/riddle:

In the Deserter Flats, there are a bunch of "Mysterious Stone"s that you can touch, that begins a riddle.  You must interact with 7 stones, in order,to complete it.  Each stone gives you either the next clue (if the correct stone is touched) or repeats the previous clue.  It seems to randomly reset you back to the beginning, as well.  I think it should only be when you make a mistake, but I've definitely done it flawlessly and still been reset.

"Begin with the stone that is the first to be touched by each new sun."  -> Easternmost stone

"A soft voice seems to emanate from the very air within the temple.  'Find the stone in the shadow of the paean beginning with 'me' and concluding with 'u'.'" -> next to the Melandru statue

"Find the stone that rests against the two lines which slice into the circle."  -> next to a staircase whose edges are pointed into the center

"You'll find the next stone by the stacked objects that defy the oldest law." -> next to floating rocks (defying gravity)

"The next stone lies near that which descends even as it ascends."  -> next to a crumbling staircase

"The penultimate stone is that which is nearest the columns tri-umphant." -> between three columns

"You'll find the final stone beside that which has only grown smaller since its birth." -> next to a pillar with part of it broken off

Your reward for all of this?  You get to fight a Veteran Ascalonian Enchanter.  That's it.  I'm not sure if there's supposed to be a chest or an achievement or something, but I didn't see it.
