Rata Sum POIs, Skill Points and Vistas

Vista on the top floor, in front of the College of Statics: This is a tricky one.  You will be climbing across the face of the pyramid.  Start from the left most corner and make your way up and across.  You will be climbing across tree roots, platforms, and a lot of blocks that jut out slightly.  There are times when you need to climb to the left in order to get enough height to make another jump.

Missing a POI?  Here are some non-obvious ones:

• On the top level, in the center, there is a teleporter to get you into the Arcane Council, which has a POI.
• On the top level, the SW set of portals lead to a total of 3 POIs, a Vista and a waypoint.
• On the top level, the SE set of portals lead to 2 POIs and a waypoint.
